Pricing

Hourly Service

Meeting and appointment transportation is billed hourly with a 1-hour minimum. Your rate covers the drive there, any waiting time during your appointment, and the ride home.

Full Day Rate

Have a full day of appointments, back-to-back meetings, or multiple stops across town? The day rate gives you a dedicated driver for up to 8 hours at a better price than booking hourly. Need more than 8 hours? No problem. Extra time is billed at the regular hourly rate.

Yes. Many of our clients book weekly or ongoing transportation for regular appointments, standing meetings, or office commutes. Let us know your schedule and we'll set it up.
Yes. We regularly take clients to UCSF, Kaiser, Stanford, Sutter Health, and other medical centers, as well as offices and meetings throughout San Francisco and the Bay Area.
No. We are a licensed car service, not a medical transport or ambulance service. We provide comfortable, non-emergency transportation for people who need a ride to and from appointments or meetings.
Our vehicles are not wheelchair-accessible, but we're happy to assist passengers who need a hand getting in and out of the vehicle. Please let us know about any mobility needs when you book so we can be prepared.
Yes. A family member, caregiver, colleague, or companion is welcome to ride along at no additional charge as long as there is room in the vehicle.
Yes. We work with many senior clients who prefer a reliable, familiar driver for their regular appointments and errands. Having the same driver who knows your routine and your preferences makes a big difference.
